OBTAINING LICENSED MINISTER
Evangelistic Resource Center makes available ministry credentials, ordination and License. These credentials enable you to be recognized as a licensed chaplain, missionary, youth pastor, pastor, evangelist, music minister, or a counselor. These credentials do not replace any State or Federal required license.
FOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR ORDINATION –
(1) Must be at least 21 years of age
(2) Living a consistent Christian life
(3) Has accepted Jesus Christ as their savior.
(4) Believes in eternal salvation.
A committee will be assigned to your request and will be in touch with you either in person or by distance means. We ask that you make a yearly written report of your activities and accomplishments.
ORDAINED MINISTER — Ordination is granted to a person who is considered a part-time or full-time minister. The candidate will be licensed, having the authority to preach, perform holy matrimony, baptize, exhort, confirm, and practice any biblical and religious activity pertaining to the office of Ordained Minister. We ask that you make a yearly written report of your activities and accomplishments. These credentials do not replace any State or Federal required license.

RECOMMENDATION INFORMATION REQUIRED
LICENSED or ORDAINED APPLICANTS:
We will need at least two letters recommended by Ordained Ministers or three Character References from Christians. They cannot be relatives. the letters will need to attest to time they have known you, and your Christian walk. Please have those recommending you place their address and phone number on the letters. A photo I.D. and drivers license are required. If you are not a citizen of the United States mail copies of your documents showing your right to be in the US legally & Photo I.D.
Note: the credentialing process will be held up until you have met the above requirements.
